Beloved, I pray you will be blessed by the below transcription of the audio tape of what Holy Spirit gave Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne to speak prophetically at the October 2003 Ministers' Conference for the 21st Century. The conference was held at Dr. Rodney and Adonica Howard-Browne's The River at Tampa Bay Church.

My thanks to Barbara Edwards for transcribing the audio tape from the conference - so this Word of Our Lord to His Church could be shared with all of you who love God - but were unable to attend the 2003 Ministers' Conference. Barbara is gifted of our Lord to do such a long transcription of this audio on which the prophecy was recorded. Please note that I take full responsibility for the transcription of this audio tape from the ministers' conference that I share with you in several parts today.

The below prophecy of my Pastor Rodney will bring revelation, peace and confirmation to you who are in the midst of change and great trials in your life - but only if you believe God and ALL His Word. You will begin to see the reality about the time in which we now live.

It is a GLORIOUS time for us who belong to God's ONE TRUE CHURCH to TRUST GOD AND SEE HIS HAND ON US FOR GOOD in the challenges NOW AND TO COME that most may have never experienced before. Be laying up treasure of souls saved in this harvest time NOW - as you remain faithful sowers and even triple sowing as you keep worshipping, loving, obeying, trusting, humble of heart and standing in faith in these days at hand.

WE HAVE HAD TO BE SOWERS OF SEED AND CONTINUALLY SOW SEED TO SEE THE HARVEST OF BLESSINGS WHEN WE WILL NEED THEM TO HELP THE HURTING WORLD AROUND US IN THE DAYS AT HAND as we tell them what a wonderful Jesus Christ our Savior we have to introduce them to.

Calling forth our blessings NOW and telling the devil to take his hands off our stuff as we ask Father God to send angels to bring in our blessings is what we are to be doing. Our Love-Obedience to God as we are STANDING AND WORSHIPPING OUR GREAT AND MIGHTY YAHWEH GOD IS WHAT WE DO IN THE DAYS AT HAND.

GOD LOVES US AND HAS BLESSINGS BEYOND MEASURE FOR US WHO KNOW WE ARE IN THE CENTER OF GOD'S WILL AS WE LIVE LOVE-OBEDIENT LIVES OF HUMILITY as we go out winning souls in the highways and byways - while turmoil is all around us in the world - FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS.

I know of God's beloved who are experiencing these blessings Now.

Whatever will be coming in this world and what is already begun - we truly know that we are the blessed.

Beloved, I believe even those who have not always sowed as they ought will receive blessings - because they will begin to see the hour in which they live and begin to be love-obedient sowers who will be faithfully going out into the harvest fields to lay treasure up in heaven of souls now - with worship to our King of kings and our Lord of lords.

MINISTERING IN THE 21ST CENTURY

(Part Five of audio tape series for the October 2003 Ministers' Conference)

Wednesday evening, October 8, 2003

Caring men and women, and they've been even in obscurity up unto this point, but as I've been preparing them and they've been learning to yield unto My Spirit, yield unto My voice, to go where I would tell them to go, to do what I would tell them to do, I'm going to raise them up and bring them forth. And the glory that'll shine forth from them shall be greater than anything that the church has even seen. And many will say, "Surely we have never seen it after this fashion, no, not in our lifetime." And the glory of the Lord -- whole regions will begin to tremble and begin to shake. For in the past you've seen the move of the Spirit come even unto a local church and kind of just affect a region, but whole counties, whole counties will tremble and shake under the hand of the Spirit of God. And many even crossing the county line, they'll not even realize and understand, but something came over them, and they're coming into the glory, they're coming into the realm of the Spirit. And so the Spirit of the Living God will shake that whole region. The Spirit of the Living God will turn that whole region upside down, and the glory of God will be made manifest, and a supernatural hunger will fall upon the people, many that have walked in darkness.

And some would say, "Oh, it's been so hard in this region. It's been so hard in this place" suddenly will find people just open to the Gospel. They'll just find people open as they've never been open before. Men will hunt you down; they'll come knocking on your door. They'll come to ask questions. People will find themselves on the church parking lot not even knowing why they're there; just felt compelled to drive in, and they'll just come and park because of the peace and because of the glory and because of the Presence. And it'll be heralded abroad, and it'll be noised abroad that if you are sick in your body, just get down there and just park on the parking lot. Just get yourself on the premises, for it'll be reported that mighty miracles and mighty signs and wonders will be made manifest and wrought in your midst, and you shall give (ha!) Heaven all the glory, you shall give the Lord your God all the praise and all the honor. And there shall be manifestations of the fire of God, and of angelic manifestations and [tongues] as you would stand to minister, even in the pulpit, men's eyes will be opened and they'll see the angels of Heaven walking to and fro handing out gifts, handing out graces. And some will just sit and just tremble, and just be riveted even long after the service has come to a conclusion. You'll find people just sitting, just stuck in their seat, just can't move, just overwhelmed, just "aaaooo", grabbed ahold of by the Holy Ghost.

Yeah, even those that have been opposed to the move of the Spirit of God, even those that have been against the flow of Heaven will now fall in, for there's an increase and the realm of the Spirit of the Lord, there's an increase, there's an increase of the manifestation of the glory of Heaven in this place and in the old places where you would give the Spirit of God free reign.

Now in the world, things will continue to grow darker and there will be major upheaval. There will be major upheaval in the economy and economies of nations. Do not worry, for that economy is being shaken loose for a purpose, to now come into your hands so you can now fund the end-time harvest. So do not worry when they say, "Oh, the economy is in an upheaval and things are being shaken." For I have declared that all things that will be shaken will be shaken, and I will shake all nations and the desire of all nations shall come in. And I'll fill the house. I'll fill My house with glory, and the glory of the latter house shall be greater than the glory of the former house.

For have I not declared that the silver is Mine and gold is Mine? So in order for the economy to be shaken, nations must be shaken. There'll be a much shaking in the nations, much shaking and much upheaval, much shaking, much upheaval, much turmoil. Wars and rumors of wars will continue, and trouble on every hand, but the Church Triumphant shall stand. The Church shall rise up in boldness and in victory, and walk in a new realm of liberty. And I see the glory of Heaven sweeping across Europe. I see the glory of Heaven shaking the whole continent of Europe. Oh yes, Europe that has been considered hard and been closed in some quarters will now see a sweeping wind of the Spirit, and I see the glory of the Lord descending upon Italy, aaaa, but Italy shall be shaken, and Italy shall be shaken even down to the root of Catholicism - haaaaa- (tongues). For hundreds of millions of people are held captive by that whole group, but I shall visit them. You shall hear of divine visitations of My Spirit, and there'll be many, even that Pentecostal and charismatic realm that shall say, "Truly this can't be the Lord." But I tell you, I'm working. I'm working even now. I'm working in places you would not believe. I'm working in places you wouldn't even go. My Spirit is hovering across the earth. My Spirit is moving across the earth for the purpose of bringing in this great harvest. For the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and has long patience until he receive the early and the latter rain. And so now the early and the latter rain will fall in Germany, and all the German-speaking nations shall be shaken by the wind of Heaven, and moving even up into Scandinavia, all of the Scandinavian nations will be shaken by the wind of Heaven. I will split Europe by the might of My hand and by the power of My hand. I will split it right down the middle. And the glory shall run up and down, and the fire of God, and churches will be established and churches will spring up overnight, and churches that were struggling will suddenly blossom, and they'll go to a thousand and two and three and four and five and ten thousand strong. And many even in the Western world will look and say, "What is the cause of this growth? We cannot even begin to fathom it out." And they'll send some people over there to go and try to study and try to find out what is the source of the growth of these works that shall spring up, some of them seemingly overnight, but the hand of the Lord shall do this work.

And then all of the Arab nations - there shall be a divine - and even is at this time - a divine visitation of the Spirit of Heaven, and the glory of God shall be made manifest. For My people shall come to know Me. My people shall come to know Me as Jehovah-Jireh. They shall come to know Me as El Shaddai. They shall come to know My Son Jesus and the price that was paid at Calvary. And they shall see Jesus in all of His glory, in all of His splendor.

So rejoice, rejoice, for you see, you'll be a part of this great work. For some of you even that stand here this night, I'll send you forth as flames of fire, and you'll walk. Your feet will go tramp, tramp, tramp in that nation -- ha, ha, ha -- and I'll send you by divine appointment, and I'll send you by divine assignment, and you'll just have to shake your head and say, "I can't believe the Lord opened the door for me here. I can't believe the Lord." And some of your friends and family and people that know you will say, "How did you scheme and connive and get that open door?" And you'll smile and say, "No. The hand of the Lord has brought me here. The hand of the Lord took me there."

And do not be afraid for your life or your safety. For some there will be death threats, and some even will give their life on the field as a martyr in these end times. But rejoice, for great shall be your reward. But do not do anything because you are afraid and you were worried and you heard that there was a turmoil in this country, and there was an upheaval in this country, for there upheavals will always be. There'll always be upheavals and turning upside downs, and nations and coups and armies and military forces moving, but that's just the plans of man. But I have another plan, saith the Lord, and I am moving through the earth. So hook up with My army, hook up with My Spirit, hook up with My purpose, hook up with My plan, and you'll see My glory and you'll see My glory, and you'll see My glory, and you'll see My glory, and you'll see My glory. And America will not be forgotten. Nor will the Americas be forgotten. For even now My Spirit doth move and hover across these continents, and even now the stage is being set. Even now it would seem as though the territory is being laid out and it's almost like gasoline has been poured, and all it shall take of those that are set ablaze of the fire of Heaven. And they shall walk, and then it shall explode. For when you flow in the fire and you will ignite that area, you will ignite that region, and people will begin to say, "Oh, the igniters have come! Oh, those that carry the flame have come. Oh, those that have carried the glory have come." And whole regions will be ignited and (Right here Dr. Rodney Talked in Tongues).

Now, don't worry about the religious world, for that'll continue to go from bondage to bondage. But the Church, the Blood-bought, those that are led by the Spirit, those that are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. They will go from glory to glory. So the religious world will go from bondage to bondage, but the Church shall go from glory to glory. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! The religious shall be more bound than they've ever been, but the Church, the true Church, the Blood-bought, the yielded, submitted Church yielded to the Holy Ghost, yielded to the Word of Heaven - yeah, they'll go from glory unto glory, and they're going to gladly tell that story, the story of Calvary, the story of the Cross, the story how men don't need to suffer loss. The story how He came and bought you with His price, the story how He has, oh, washed you in His Blood.
