Beloved, do not fear the tax date that is so near, for it is a time of JUBILATION. Debts are being cancelled and so-o-o much more this Year of Jubilee.

"The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me..." As you read Luke 4:14-19, you will see that the blessings cannot come to you without the anointing. The blessings and the anointing are the Two Streams for the Jubilee Year of 2003 that we live in right now.

Something happened in Jubilee when the trumpet sounded: all who lost something had it returned to them - all you wanted will be given to you. Debt free! Family relationships restored! Your anointing increased! Living in the 100 fold! Just name what it is for you for this Jubilee Year!

At my church, The River at Tampa Bay, something is going to happen this March 23 through the 30th when we have the Eight Days of Jubilee Conference! Others and myself must receive it and believe it! IT IS REALITY, FOR IT IS JOAN ANN'S YEAR OF JUBILEE. I pray and believe with you that it will be so for you, too.

This Jubilee Year has got nothing to do with the Stock Market or Wall Street! These are Jubilee Days when Heaven will KISS the Earth. The days are here when heaven is coming so close to earth that things happen NOW! Third Day Church Glory Days! Jubilee Days! "Transfer OF Wealth Days! Now Days! Glory to God!

There will be in the midst of these Jubilee Days a darkness all over the earth - trouble for many nations. Trouble for those who are in the world and not in Jesus. But in the Church there is now Glory and Jubilation.

Jubal was the father of all them that made music. We can see this about Jubal in the book of Genesis. Jubilation = CELEBRATION, FREEDOM AND RESTORATION. It is WORSHIP OUR GOD DAY!

Beloved, to have this, you have to have a revelation that it is for you to have it. I, Joan Ann say, "I've got it!" "I see it!" I gave thousands of dollars last year to those who "Go tell the Gospel and win souls!" So far in one day this 2003 Year of Jubilee - I gave as much as I did all last year. I've got in me I will be blessed to do this two more times this year. Three Times for Two Thousand and Three - Triple Blessings this Year of Jubilee.

Beloved, I am writing this article because I'm so compelled to go tell others to release them from captivity.

Beloved, I know how the Lord has blessed me. It is the Word and the Spirit that makes alive - "The Two Streams" - It causes the Word to grow in me and make it live in me. It is not for ten or fifteen years from now; it is for NOW!

This is the time to have the seed in your hand to give to the Kingdom of God work going forth NOW to bring in all the souls in America and ALL the Nations. Seek God for seed to give now. God wants us blessed, for we are His Family.

Beloved, we all know America is the most difficult of all the nations to win to the Lord. We need America saved for our Bridegroom to come for His Glory Bride. When the last Gentile comes in, so will the Jews come to Messiah.

Lev. 25:8 And you shall number seven Sabbaths or weeks of the years for you, seven times seven years, so the total time of the seven Weeks of years shall be 49 years. Verse 9: Then you shall sound the trumpet...! THE DAY OF THE TRUMPET BLOWING IS NOW!

My Pastor hears in the Spirit - Then he brings it to us! When he speaks it to us, it is for NOW! I get in me what is being spoken and IT IS FOR NOW, and this is why I get in me to share it with you that Jubilee Year is here! Hallelujah!

Beloved, so great shall the blessing be as the Two Streams (Word and Spirit) come together for us now in the Transfer of Wealth. Revelation in 2003 is for God's Church who are "Hearing" for all of the Word of God. That is why we must stay so close to Holy Spirit, for he gives us the "Sap" or "Nourishment to bring forth the fruit."

Church, please say or do nothing to push Holy Spirit away - Guard words! Separate family and live in Holy Spirit only! God will take care of loved ones not serving Him. Your whole life depends on your drawing the "Nourishment from the Vine-Jesus by Holy Spirit the Sap feeding us."

Jesus is our Jubilee, not our sister or brother, etc.! No one else but Jesus for such a time as this for the following: restoration of my body, restoration of my family, restoration of my relationships, restoration of my debts, restoration of my etc., etc., and this is only as I leave all and never grieve Holy Spirit ever again.... The Trumpet is Blowing To Announce to me that 2003 Is The Year Of Jubilee.

Beloved, "Totally debt free in 2003!" To go to the nations to minister Now! The wicked not saved are working for me. Yes, if they are not going to be saved and keep sinning, all their wealth is for us to declare and receive it. The bottom line is intimacy with Jesus, and for those who refuse I will take all they have and use it for the Kingdom of God so His will is done on earth as it is in heaven.

I am getting ready for the surplus to hit me - I am living holy and guarding my words and declaring all I want of the wicked for me to use for such a time as this. I get in me things are going to change "quickly." Be ready "quickly!" For it is by the way of revelation you have to receive that Jesus is your Jubilee - you do not have to wait 49 years, or even 4.9 years, either.

It is here, and His Name is Jesus! Royalty, wealth and fruit for all the world to see the glory of God on you, "weighty glory!" Hallelujah!

Beloved, if you feel like you're in a Job-type of situation, please know it can be turned around quickly so you do not miss the blessings of God. Just as Job's situation lasted for only a matter of months, so it can be for you if you submit to God and humble yourself before Him quickly. There will be some who do not partake of this Jubilee Year. I get in me to say, "Seek God, and do whatever you need to act on quickly - for such a time as this."

Job 22:21-30 "21 Acquaint now yourself with Him [agree with God and show yourself to be conformed to His will] and be at peace; by that [you shall prosper and great] good shall come to you. 22 Receive, I pray you, the law and instruction from His mouth and lay up His words in your heart. 23 If you return to the Almighty [and submit and humble yourself before Him], you will be built up; if you put away unrighteousness far from your tents, 24 If you lay gold in the dust, and the gold of Ophir among the stones of the brook [considering them of little worth], 25 And make the Almighty your gold and [the Lord] your precious silver treasure, 26 Then you will have delight in the Almighty, and you will lift up your face to God. 27 You will make your prayer to Him, and He will hear you, and you will pay your vows. 28 You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you, and the light [of God's favor] shall shine upon your ways. 29 When they make [you] low, you will say, [There is] a lifting up; and the humble person He lifts up and saves. 30 He will even deliver the one [for whom you intercede] who is not innocent; yes, he will be delivered through the cleanness of your hands."

We all have a choice which way we shall go, and Job 22 shows us God does have a call on your life. A call is of God. Your purpose is what you do to use your gifts from God for your life. Do not make gold and silver your treasure. Verse 25-26 tells us to make the Almighty God your delight - and you will lift up your face to God. You will make your prayers to God, and He will hear you.

Beloved, become Kingdom builders, not castle builders. We must be able to handle the Jubilee Year blessings, or one could miss God by making wrong choices. Because if one gets their eyes on the gold and silver and not on God alone, their outcome eternally could be less than what they expected. Do not let the enemy direct your steps as the Transfer of Wealth comes to you. Keep your intimate time with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit your NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.

I get in me there will be such a short time till Jesus comes for His Church when we see the beloved prosper this Jubilee Year and beyond - only because God knows the nature of man. There will be those God loves who will be unable to handle the Transfer of Wealth but for a short time. So let us keep close to Jesus, for He will come as a thief in the night - when we least expect him. QUICKLY!

Beloved, be ready with the anointing on you and the glory of God so weighty on you - that you will make it to the finish line when your Bridegroom comes for you.
