Beloved, This book, "The American Prophecies", sounds like it has the Lord supporting it to get into hands of His people. No one but God can get a book just 367 reviews away from passing the books titled "The DaVinci Code" and Harry Potter's latest book "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince". By the way, pray for the salvation of the woman who writes those Harry Potter books.

Just like the woman responsible for "Roe versus Wade" who has been saved and is seeking the Supreme Court to turn around this law so abortion is illegal in America - so can the author of the best-seller Harry Potter books be turned around and on fire for Jesus Christ of Nazareth - for the glory of God for such a time as this.

General Assembly marks 60th anniversary of liberation of Nazi death camps

24 January 2005 – With everlasting regret for the past and "never again" resolve for the future, the United Nations today commemorated the 60th anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi death camps, symbol of the Holocaust that slaughtered at least 6 million Jews and others in World War II.

Nothing could prepare them for what they would witness there, and at the other camps they liberated. The stench of the bodies, the piles of clothes, of teeth, of children's shoes. But in the accounts of the liberators, more than the smell, more than even the piles of bodies, the story of the horror was told in the faces of the survivors.

Most of the incidents in Britain occurred near or inside synagogues, some of which were set on fire or were targets of attempted arson. In the former Soviet Union in 2004, 295 anti-Semitic incidents were recorded, of which 110 were violent, compared with 146 incidents in 2003, of which 35 were violent. The report also mentions Sweden, where certain left-wing groups and other organizations connected to the Church have apparently adopted a radical anti-Israel line, with anti-Semitic overtones.

Ahmed Abdullah al-Shaya, 18, left Saudi Arabia for Syria in October and was smuggled over the border into Iraq. He spent weeks in the insurgent stronghold of Ramadi with like-minded Muslims from Morocco, Jordan, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen, and Macedonia, where he was recruited to drive a car rigged with explosives to Baghdad and blow it up. But on Dec. 24, he was given the job of driving a butane-gas delivery truck that was rigged with bombs. It wasn't supposed to be a suicide mission, "but they blew me up in the truck" near the Jordanian Embassy.

PRAYER PRIORITIES:
Pray for our President that God will give him wisdom in the choices he makes, and the advisors he chooses. Pray for our Congressmen and women, Supreme Court justices, and state and local officials. (I Timothy 2:1-2)

Pray for the troops in Iraq who are charged with protecting the Iraqis who will go to the polls this week-end. (Psalm 5:11)

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem according to Psalm 122:6.

Pray for a II Chronicles 7:14 revival in America, in Israel, and indeed, worldwide. (I Thessalonians 5:17)

Please pray for families of the troops killed in Iraq this week, both in combat and in the helicopter crash. (Proverbs 18:24)

Pray for the victims of terror in Israel, and those who have been touched by the hatred of bigotry and anti-Semitism. Pray that God will heal body, mind and spirit. (Psalm 140:6)
