An Unholy Conspiracy

The Word of the Lord from
Psalm 83

The new militant President of Iran has declared Psalm 83 and doesn't even know it! He has stated that his goal is to, ýWipe Israel off the face of the earth and that they be remembered no more!ý

With nuclear weapons in the process of being made in Iran, the goal of this evil ruler is to attack Israel and the ýgreat sataný (the United States). With the violent, terrorist Palestinian government headed by the Hamas party now in power of the Gaza Strip, Iraq on the verge of a civil war, and with Israelýs Prime Minister laying in a coma and Israel headed into national elections soon, the entire Middle East is in a major crisis and could soon reach a boiling point!

Psalm 83 tells us of this unholy conspiracy! Many Bible teachers agree that this text has not yet been fulfilled. This particular group has not yet been brought into an alignment with this degree of hatred. The passage does not say ýthe peoples of the land of the north,ý nor does it say ýGermany.ý Psalm 83 describes vividly a troubling alignment set against a wearied Jewish state.

Psalm 83:3-8 -- ýThey make shrewd plans against Your people, And conspire together against Your treasured ones. They have said, "Come, and let us wipe them out as a nation, That the name of Israel be remembered no more." For they have conspired together with one mind; Against You they make a covenant: The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites (southern Jordon and Saudi Arabia), Moab (central Jordon) and the Hagrites (Syria and Arabia) ; Gebal (southern Jordon) and Ammon (southern Jordon) and Amalek (Sinai desert), Philistia (Gaza Strip area) with the inhabitants of Tyre (southern Lebanon); Assyria (Syria/Iraq) also has joined with them; They have become a help to the children of Lot.ý

But the last few verses of Psalm 83 tells us Godýs redemptive plan in the midst of chaos. The psalmist calls for God to glorify Himself--to make His great name and His name alone known over all the earth. Godýs goal in times of testing is to glorify Himself.

Psalm 83:16-18 -- ýFill their faces with dishonor, That they may seek Your name, O LORD. Let them be ashamed and dismayed forever, And let them be humiliated and perish, That they may know that You alone, whose name is the LORD, Are the Most High over all the earth.ý

Crisis Intercession Needed!

It is my conviction, and also that of many other leaders in the Body of the Messiah, that the Holy Spirit is opening a strategic window of opportunity for the Gentile church to arise ýfor such a time as this.ý We must pray and take a stand as never before in all of Church History. We must pray for Godýs purposes to be fulfilled in Israel, in the Jewish people, and in all the descendants of Abraham.

"For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place and you and your fatherýs house will perish. And who knows whether you have not attained royalty for such a time as this?"-- Esther 4:14

The Good News is that the Lord answers when we cry out to Him for help. Israelýs history shows a clear pattern of people who, time and again, found themselves in trouble, cried out to the Lord and saw Him deliver them out of their adversity.

In the Spirit of Esther and Mordecai

It is time for us to pray, read, and live out the book of Esther again. God is raising up new Mordecais who have His grace upon them to prepare the corporate Esther (Body of Believers) to do radical exploits in His name on behalf of Godýs purposes amongst the Jewish people worldwide and in Israel particularly.

The Holy Spirit wants to inject the burden of the Lord for purposes of God among the Jewish people into the global prayer movement, like a nurse with a fully loaded needle. We need a potent injection of Godýs heart into our heart! That is why God wants to raise up a Mordecai anointing to prepare Esther for a time of intervention. We know what Esther accomplished, but what was Mordecaiýs task? What was his divine assignment?

Mordecaiýs job was to raise up and prepare Esther for her hour of influence before the king. Mordecai raised Esther as his own daughter. He did not bow down or pay homage to Haman, who sought the destruction of the Jews, but only worshipped the one true God. He intercepted Hamanýs scheme of the enemy and revealed it with wisdom to those in authority. He walked in prophetic counsel and instilled courage into Esther.

Esther, properly tutored and mentored by the counsel of Mordecai, seized the moment through prayer and fasting. Esther was anointed to intervene and stand in the gap, yet she had to walk in cooperation with the preparation of Mordecai, the spiritual authority God had placed in her life.

God chose to work through Mordecai to alert Esther to her destiny and timing of her intercessory acts on behalf of the Jews. God is looking for modern day Mordecais to prepare corporate Esther--His people for such a time as this!

The History of the Days of Purim

The celebration of Purim originated out of the decrees of Mordecai and Queen Esther--Esther 9:29-32. It was a time when intervention arose through desperate acts of prayer and fasting led by Queen Esther to overturn the decree for the annihilation of the Jewish people inspired by Haman. Hamanýs evil plot was revealed, the tables were turned, and he was hung on his own gallows. The events took place historically roughly between 483 to 471 B.C.

According to the Jewish calendar, Purim is held in the month of Adar, which usually falls in February or March. Purim, as a Jewish holiday, is observed in celebration of Godýs supernatural deliverance of the Jewish people from Hamanýs genocidal plot to destroy them in the time of Persiaýs King Artaxerxes. The holiday was held on the 14th of Adar (according to the Jewish calendar) in the un-walled cities and the 15th of Adar in the cities that were walled in the time of Joshua.

Moses was born in Adar. It is also the month when the Jewish leader of the Maccabees defeated the Syrians, and it is also the month when the orders were given to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem preceding the reconstruction of the Temple and first return of the Jewish people to Israel. Redemptively, the period of time known as Adar has been a time when intervention comes out of crisis.

Although Purim was founded in biblical times, its observation is not commanded by God as are the holy convocations mentioned in Leviticus 23. But the Holy Spirit is prophetically calling believers today to participate in this special time of sacrifice in this generation. Even as Esther called for a nationwide three-day fast preceding her intervention on behalf of the Jewish people, so I am trumpeting a sound for crisis intervention through prayer in these days. Letýs intercede once again on behalf of the Jewish people for deliverance from Hamanýs (the enemy of God and His people) plot.

Therefore, every year I am calling on all Christians to sacrifice their time, their comfort, and their agendas to undertake a three-day Esther Mandate Fast at Purim. This spiritual investment of the Worldwide Prayer Movement in the global body of Christ will not fail. It will bring about nothing less than ýGodýs will on earth as it is in Heavený for the Jewish people and the nation of Israel.

The Cry for Israelýs Sake

In the name of the Lord, I boldly and humbly call for "The Cry", a yearly, three-day time of prayer and fasting corresponding with Purim.

May this time of crisis-intervention prayer and fasting for the purposes of God amongst the Jewish people and the nations of Israel arise ýuntil Jerusalem is established as a praise in the earthý--Isaiah 62: 6, 7.

I have a challenge for all who read this: Whose supplications will be heard? Who will lift up their voice to fill up a golden bowl in Heaven?--see Revelation 5:8. Will you join me and hundreds of others?

Join me as we seek the face of God once again as a Bride prepared for her King. The Days for The Cry during Purim--an Esther Mandate Fast--are March 12ý14, 2006.

The Fast would start at sundown on the 12th Adar/March and continue until sundown on the 15th of Adar/March. In this year 5766/2006 the days of Adar and March are the same, meaning that the 11th of Adar is also the 11th of March (in this year only). A fast is usually held the day preceding Purim.

Wednesday, February 23, 2005 - PRAY FOR THE SICK AND THE DYING - FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS!

Beloved, If you have not been listening to the news - that is good. As you may know by now, we are an intercessory ministry and we get a lot of prayer requests for healing.

There is so much bad news nowadays, and to tell you the truth, the way some of the reporters "report" the news is enough to make you sick. But those who know their God do not fear, and they do pray.

However, this is just the beginning of the battle that will get worse till Jesus returns. Yet the tongue-talking, fire-of-God-falling-on-them - people of God will walk through while they look and see ten thousand fall at their right side.

Those who love God will stand in FAITH with awesome tenacity as they fight the good fight of faith to be healed and set free.

THIS IS A YEAR OF MIRACLES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SEEN FOR SOME TIME LIKE THIS IN THE CHURCH. WHY? BECAUSE WE ARE A BOOK-OF-ACTS CHURCH ONCE MORE - THOSE WHO HAVE DIED TO ALL IN THE WORLD TO LIVE AND TO DIE IF NEEDED - SO THAT THE POWER OF THE HOLY GHOST IS SEEN THROUGH MEN, WOMEN, YOUTH AND EVEN THROUGH THE TINY TOTS OF THE CHILDREN WHO ARE ALL BRINGING IN THE HARVEST SO JESUS CAN COME AS JESUS DOES SIGNS AND WONDERS IN ALL THE EARTH - FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS.

Be a standard against the evil going on in the world, and stand in faith, receiving all of God's Word for yourself and not just hearing what it has to say.

Many are sick and dying. Pray for the troops who are infirm, too. We have casualties who are on the short and the long roads to recovery, and they need our prayers.

Beloved, we are to be in prayer for the lost with infirmities and for the the brethren who are walking through infirmities right now. Below is a guide of scriptures to remember for those whom you pray for - for such a time as this.

We release obedience, humility, and repentance over this nation and Israel, and bind all rebellion striking against the ways of the Lord and His truth, in Jesus' precious Name. We release the blessing and protection of the Lord over all America and all Israel.

DEAR CHURCH, AS YOU READ THIS ARTICLE ON THE "30-SECOND KNEEL DOWN" FOR THE SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN - I ENCOURAGE YOU, IF YOU'RE NOT ALREADY KNEELING DOWN TO DO SO WHENEVER YOU CAN. IT IS A HUMBLING OF OUR SOUL WHEN WE KNEEL. WE NEED NOT BE SUPER SPIRITUAL IN WHAT WE DO LIKE THE PHARISEE. BUT USE THE KNEELING BEFORE GOD AS A BALANCE IN OUR LIFE.

I BELIEVE GOD LOVES FOR US TO LIVE A BALANCED LIFE - WE ARE REAL PERSONS WHO LIVE REAL LIVES - YET WE ARE PERSONS WHO TAKE THE TIME TO HUMBLE OURSELVES BEFORE OUR HOLY GOD OF ALL gods. YOU'RE A GREAT CHURCH WHO SERVES THE ONE AND ONLY GREAT GOD.

Putting Prayer Back in Schools: The 30-Second Kneel Down

In Baltimore, a group of teens is willing to pay the price to bring prayer back to school.

CBN.com – BALTIMORE, MD — A new prayer movement is sweeping through the hallways of America's public schools. It is called the "30-Second Kneel Down," and kids from coast to coast are hitting their knees and risking their reputations to bring revival to their high school campuses. Pennsylvania youth pastor and evangelist Tom Sipling founded the 30-Second Kneel Down. At a prayer rally, Sipling tells the teens, "Guys, listen to me, I promise when you stand up for Jesus, Jesus is offensive, there will be persecution. I doubt though that you'll ever have to drop to your knees like Stephen while they stone you to death, but they might make fun of you. In fact, I promise if you really live boldly for Christ, they will make fun of you."

Welcome to the "No Reputation Weekend," a weekend that promises to turn students from ordinary Christian teens into revolutionaries for Christ. Based on the Philippians 2 scripture that says Jesus made himself a man of no reputation, these young people are being challenged to make a public stand for Christ by kneeling and praying at their lockers for 30 seconds every school day.

Sipling explained, "It's like Daniel 6 when Daniel knelt and prayed three times a day and he was thrown into the lion's den. And I tell the young people, you know, when you kneel and pray, you're going to feel like you're in a lion's den, just know that God will be with you in that lion's den."

Imagine you are 15, and you go to public high school. It is a time when what your peers think of you really matters, perhaps more than any other time in your life. Now you are being challenged to pray at your lockers in front of your peers. It could mean risking your reputation, for the rest of your high school career.

In Baltimore, a group of teens is willing to pay that price to bring prayer back to school.

On the third floor of Loch Raven High School in Baltimore, Maryland, a number of kids are already doing the Kneel Down, including 15-year-old Lauren Stewart and 16-year-old Dave Snee.

Lauren has been doing the Kneel Down for a year and a half and often gets curious looks and comments.

She recalled one time when her prayer became a witnessing tool. "One of the guys came up to me and said, ‘What are you doing?’ And I said, ‘I'm praying.’ And he was like, ‘Oh, are you a Christian?’ And I said, ‘Yeah, yeah I am.’ So he just started sharing with me his life story and all the struggles he went through and I was able to talk with him about Jesus," she said.

Dave, a football player, has been doing the 30-Second Kneel Down despite jokes and harassment from some of his classmates. "We actually got locked in our lockers during football and there was laughing and mocking," he said.

And Dave says some kids actually mimic his praying, just to make fun. "They'll actually just get down and do it out of a mocking way. God won't be mocked, they're doing it because they're insecure, but it's getting a reaction so I know it's working," he said.

The No Reputation Weekend in Baltimore included a concert with Christian music artist Rebecca St. James. She says, during her travels, she has noticed a growing passion not only for worship, but for prayer among teens.

"I love seeing young people be radical and unashamed in their like, just on-fire commitment to God. I mean, I love it. I think ‘See You At The Poll’ was evidence of young people really having a passion to stand up in front of their peers and say, ‘Lord, here I am, I love you and I'm not ashamed to let people know that.’ And I think the 30-Second Kneel Down has that same kind of power," St. James said.

During intermission, concert-goers who did the 30-Second Kneel Down that morning told the crowd what it was like.

One boy said, "I was really nervous at first, but I think the Holy Spirit really worked through those of us who were praying and it was just awesome, and it was one of the best experiences that I've ever had." Then the youth pastor on stage asked him, "So Monday, when you go back, are you going to do it?" And the boy replied, "Yes sir."

Jessy Griswold is a 13-year-old at Towson High School. She said, "Why do it? Because my generation needs God more than anything. You can tell it, and you can see it in some people's eyes. They're definitely looking for just an answer, and when I see that in people's eyes and I realize that I have the answer that they're looking for, I want to show that to them so that people go, ‘What are you doing?’ And I'm like, ‘I'm praying to a living God that loves you.’"

Sipling said he tells young people, "You mark yourselves in this generation, tattooing and piercing obviously prevalent among this generation. And I say, you know what, it's time to righteously mark ourselves with Christ. If the world can do it, certainly we can come up with a way to mark ourselves with Jesus, and so certainly, the Kneel Down is a way for them to identify with Christ."

In 1962, organized prayer was taken out of public schools. In fact, one of the lawsuits that actually helped remove prayer was filed in Baltimore county by atheist Madalyn Murray O'Hair, who did not want her son to take part in Bible reading and prayer exercises. Sipling says 40-years is long enough, and it is time to bring prayer back to school.

From the stage he says, "How many of you know, we've lived through one generation without organized prayer in our schools? But I'd like to start this year, the first year of the 2nd generation, with a prayer movement to sweep the hallways of our high schools. How many will join us in that prayer movement?"

Later, Sipling told CBN News, "I'm not sure how many there'll be. But I do know this, the ones that are really going to get a hold of this thing, I believe we're just going to see unbelievable supernatural events begin to take place through this generation."

Jessy says, she knows God sees when she is on her knees, praying in the hallway, and that is what matters most. "I think that He just has a smile. And I'm waiting for the day when I go up to heaven and He'll look me in the eye, Jesus Christ will look me in the eye and say, ‘Well done, my child.’ That's all I'm waiting for. And if when I kneel down at my locker, that's when He's thinking, ‘Well-done, well-done, you've lived what I've called you to do,’ that's what I'm living for."

Sipling says the goal is to have 1,051,200 youth praying at their lockers for 30 seconds each day. He says that equals a year's worth of daily prayer on school campuses. Father, because of what Jesus did for us in Isaiah 53, I can now pray all of Isaiah 54: 1-17 (The Amplified Bible): "Sing, O barren one, you who did not bear; break forth into singing and cry aloud, you who did not travail with child! For the [spiritual] children of the desolate one will be more than the children of the married wife, says the Lord. 2 Enlarge the place of your tent, and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out; spare not; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes, 3 For you will spread abroad to the right hand and to the left; and your offspring will possess the nations and make the desolate cities to be inhabited. 4 Fear not, for you shall not be ashamed; neither be confounded and depressed, for you shall not be put to shame. For you shall forget the shame of your youth, and you shall not [seriously] remember the reproach of your widowhood any more. 5 For your Maker is your Husband-the Lord of hosts is His name-and the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; the God of the whole earth He is called. 6 For the Lord has called you like a woman forsaken, grieved in spirit, and heartsore-even a wife in youth, when she is refused and scorned, says your God. 7 For a brief moment I forsook you, but with great compassion and mercy I will gather you [to Me] again. 8 In a little burst of wrath I hid My face from you for a moment, but with age-enduring love and kindness I will have compassion and mercy on you, says the Lord, your Redeemer. 9 For this is like the days of Noah to Me; as I swore that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth, so have I sworn that I will not be angry with you or rebuke you. 10 For though the mountains should depart, and the hills be shaken or removed, yet My love and kindness shall not depart from you, nor shall My covenant of peace and completeness be removed, says the Lord, Who has compassion on you. 11 O you afflicted [city], storm-tossed and not comforted, behold, I will set your stones in fair colors [in antimony to enhance their brilliance] and lay your foundations with sapphires. 12 And I will make your windows and pinnacles of [sparkling] agates or rubies, and your gates of [shining] carbuncles, and all your walls [of your enclosures] of precious stones. 13 And all your [spiritual] children shall be disciples [taught by the Lord and obedient to His will], and great shall be the peace and undisturbed composure of your children. 14 You shall establish yourself in righteousness (rightness, in conformity with God's will and order); you shall be far from even the thought of oppression or destruction, for you shall not fear, and from terror, for it shall not come near you. 15 Behold, they may gather together and stir up strife, but it is not from Me. Whoever stirs up strife against you shall fall and surrender to you. 16 Behold, I have created the smith who blows on the fire of coals and who produces a weapon for its purpose; and I have created the devastator to destroy. 17 But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. This [peace, righteousness, security, triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord [those in whom the ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced]; this is the righteousness or the vindication which they obtain from Me [this is that which I impart to them as their justification], says the Lord." Hallelujah!

Father, now I pray these Holy Spirit, New Testament prayers: Ephesians 1:16-23 (The Amplified Bible): "16 I do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers. 17 [For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him, 18 By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can know and understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints (His set-apart ones), 19 And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength, 20 Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places], 21 Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age and in this world, but also in the age and the world which are to come. 22 And He has put all things under His feet and has appointed Him the universal and supreme Head of the church [a headship exercised throughout the church], 23 Which is His body, the fullness of Him Who fills all in all [for in that body lives the full measure of Him Who makes everything complete, and Who fills everything everywhere with Himself]."

Also, Father God, I pray Ephesians 3:14-21 (The Amplified Bible): "14 For this reason [seeing the greatness of this plan by which you are built together in Christ], I bow my knees before the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 For Whom every family in heaven and on earth is named [that Father from Whom all fatherhood takes its title and derives its name]. 16 May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality]. 17 May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted deep in love and founded securely on love, 18 That you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [God's devoted people, the experience of that love] what is the breadth and length and height and depth [of it]; 19 [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]! 20 Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]- 21 To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen (so be it)." Let all who do the work of the ministry be full of this knowledge.

Father, I pray Colossians 1:9-11 (King James Version): "9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; 10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; 11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;"

Also, Father God, I pray 1 Thessalonians 5:23 (The Amplified Bible): "And may the God of peace Himself sanctify you through and through [separate you from profane things, make you pure and wholly consecrated to God]; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved sound and complete [and found] blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah)." satan, I am the sanctified, and you have no right to me. It is also written in Mark 16:17 (The Amplified Bible): "And these attesting signs will accompany those who believe: in My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new languages;" satan, it is also written in Matthew 18:18 (King James Version): "Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven."

Now satan, I bind you and render you helpless and paralyzed and gag you from me and mine and for Joan Ann and her family & household, her ministry, her staff and all those she and I pray for (names of yours) - so cease and desist in your maneuvers against these in Jesus Christ's Name I command it. We loose you satan from us and all these in Jesus' Name.

Now Father God, we loose Your angels to protect every person, and praise You that Your Will will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Ephesians 4:27 (The Amplified Bible): "Leave no [such room or foothold for the devil [give no opportunity to him]." We do not give any place to the devil. We guard our hearts and obey You, Lord.

Father, we pray Mark 4:22 (The Amplified Bible): "[Things are hidden temporarily only as a means to revelation.] For there is nothing hidden except to be revealed, nor is anything [temporarily] kept secret except in order that it may be made known." Thank You that every hidden thing will be revealed to us. Thank you, Father, for the revelation given to us today.

Father, we will remember today that greater are You that is in us than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4 (The Amplified Bible): " Little children, you are of God [you belong to Him] and have [already] defeated and overcome them [the agents of the antichrist], because He Who lives in you is greater (mightier) than he who is in the world."

Lord, we also believe 1 John 5:1 (The Amplified Bible): "Everyone who believes (adheres to, trusts, and relies on the fact) that Jesus is the Christ (the Messiah) is a born-again child of God; and everyone who loves the Father also loves the one born of Him (His offspring)." Now we pray 1 John 5:4 (The Amplified Bible): "For whatever is born of God is victorious over the world; and this is the victory that conquers the world, even our faith." Father, all the glory, all the power, all the thanksgiving be unto you forever.

Father, we believe and confess with our heart 1 John 5:18 (The Amplified Bible): "We know [absolutely] that anyone born of God does not [deliberately and knowingly] practice committing sin, but the One Who was begotten of God carefully watches over and protects him [Christ's divine presence within him preserves him against the evil], and the wicked one does not lay hold (get a grip) on him or touch [him]."

Father God, that the faith of each one I pray for should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God, according to 1 Corinthians 2:7 (King James Version): "That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God."

Father God, I pray for the peace of Jesus to fill each of these I pray for and that they live in His peace this day. Philippians 4:7 (The Amplified Bible) "And God's peace [shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that peace] which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."

Church, please pray for our judges and our schools. We really need to. "...Yet who knows whether you have come to the KINGDOM for such a TIME as this?" (Esther 4:14)

I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; for kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth." (1 Timothy 2:1-4)

Kenneth Trump, a school safety expert and author of books on school safety, believes that schools must prepare for the worst. In a speech before more than 1,000 school administrators and security officers, he pointed to a widely reported threat by the al Qaeda terrorist network claiming it has the right to kill four million Americans, including one million children. "U.S. schools are woefully unprepared for possible terrorist attacks, yet national security strategists are ignoring this more vulnerable target," he claims.

Anti-abortion activists will push two proposals this year Gannett News Service The anti-abortion lobby, citing gains in the November elections, is predicting success this year for a number of bills. Abortion opponents and abortion rights activists also will battle over any attempts by President Bush to appoint anti-abortion judges to the federal bench, including the Supreme Court. The legislative agenda for anti-abortion activists includes two bills that would: — Make it a crime to transport minors across state lines to avoid parental notification laws. The legislation passed the House three times but died in the Senate. Thirty-two states require at least one parent to either consent or be notified about a minor's plans to obtain an abortion. — Require physicians to tell women seeking an abortion at 20 weeks or more into a pregnancy that "evidence suggests" that the procedure would cause the fetus to feel pain. The law would require women to accept or reject anesthesia for the fetus. The bill, introduced by Sen. Sam Brownback, R-Kan., has 32 Senate co-sponsors. A similar measure introduced in the House by Rep. Christopher Smith, R-N.J., already has 78 co-sponsors.

I pray and prophesy to the nation of America and to the South Florida area where I live for their agricultural systems to produce vegetables and fruits enough to fill food baskets all over the world, in Jesus Christ's Name.

I pray and prophesy to America and Israel, and call you favored of God.

I bind bigotry, poverties, deprivations, and starvations in America and Israel, and command satan to cease and desist in his maneuvers against these people who belong to God.

I bind poverty and deprivation of all kinds from the sins of the generations past from all people in these lands, in Jesus Christ's Name -- and in His Name I loose the abundance of food and water to meet the needs of all people in these nations. I pray ALL will know God and His mercy for them, and will bless Him forever in thanksgivings. (See Matt. 18:18 and Deut. 28:1 to the end.)

I bind all those who hold back medical breakthroughs for the sake of greed. I pray that every hidden thing in the medical breakthroughs that are known to few will be known to all, so God's Will for all to know the truth will be done in Jesus Christ's Name. (See Matt. 18:18, Mark 4:22, and John 8:32.)
