Joan Ann Warnell is a wife, mother, grandmother, Spirit-filled author, writer of Website articles, evangelist, teacher/preacher, itinerant prophetic ministry, prophetic intercessory ministry, pastor, and lover of God's sheep. She was born in Joliet, Illinois, where she lived until she was twenty-five and married her husband of many years. Joan Ann and her husband have lived in Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Texas, and Florida. They have a stepson, and they have a daughter from their marriage. Their daughter and their son-in-love have given them two beautiful little granddaughters.

Over the years, Joan Ann taught Sunday school classes for young children and served as room mother for her daughter for ten years. She taught three-year olds through five-year olds at two different pre-schools - one in Iowa, the other in Indiana. Joan Ann found time also to operate a floral shop while being a mom to her daughter who grew up in both states. She helped with the Girl Scouts troop of which her daughter was a member, and was part of a prayer group circle for church women while in Iowa. Joan Ann taught at libraries on floral decorating and spoke at Christian Women's Clubs on the same subject. Before Joan Ann was married and a short time afterward, she supervised computer operations for three different companies.

Joan Ann is the second oldest of seven siblings. She had to go to work at age sixteen to help support the family, so missed graduating from high school. At age fifty-three, however, she did graduate high school and continued to college for several years in Texas. Also in Texas Joan Ann spent three years studying the Word of God at a church ministry school. After this, Holy Spirit used her to begin training others how to minister and do "A Retirement Home Blitz" about which she wrote in her book on Evangelism In Retirement Homes. She also trained others on how to hold church services in retirement homes as well as visit rooms to pray for the people where miraculous healings happened. She continued this training for seven years at fourteen retirement homes in several cities in Texas. In Florida, Joan Ann serves as volunteer coordinator of a large Bible Institute's students as well as of church members who have gone into over 300 and some retirement home facilities in the years from 2003 until now in the Tampa Bay area. Thousands of elderly and infirm have been saved as a result.

Things Joan Ann has done: Many souls have come to Jesus through her witness in the almost twenty years Joan Ann has been saved. Joan Ann's heart's cry above all else is for souls to be born again. In her frequent travels, she leads many to Jesus in airports, airplanes, cabs, buses, and stores. She has loved to go shopping to find a soul for Jesus at the department stores, etc. wherever she has lived. Her neighborhoods have often been led to the Lord through her cakes and cookies she brings to them so their doors are open for her to visit. She calls phone numbers from her city phone book and leads many to be born again. Joan Ann did the coordinating of the Sarasota County Florida's United States Spiritual Warfare Network now called the United States Prayer Network under the direction of The Peter Wagners, Chuck Pierce, Cindy Jacobs and others from the years 1999 till 2000.  She held prayer meetings and saw many good results for her area of Sarasota County Florida. 

Joan Ann's life has been a miracle. She is so grateful to be alive! She believes she has had the hand of the Lord on her to protect her all her life from infirmity, severe rejection, abuse and misunderstanding. Joan Ann wrote a book that was published in the year 2001 called Accepted by God, and has been on television giving testimony to the victory over curse thought patterns. Joan Ann is so grateful to God for such a great salvation that He has given to her. She has won over those things that the enemy used to try to destroy her life.  Once a well-known minister told Joan Ann, "You could have had much bitterness over all that happened to you for all these years, but you chose to forgive and go on with God." Another ministry leader told Joan Ann after reading her book, in a note he wrote, "You will minister in great love as you have great compassion because of all that you have gone through in your life." 

Joan Ann in 2004 had her book called Evangelism in Retirement Homes published, and this book will be used at a Bible Institute in Tampa, Florida for students interested in retirement home ministry, as well as for others who want to hold church services and minister in retirement homes. In 2004 a second book was written and published, called The Reality Of Every Curse Reversed. Yet to come, Joan Ann has other books in her to write concerning Jesus and love, faith, obedience, overcoming, holiness, joy, revival, and anointing plus the glory of God. She enjoys teaching about the Four Crowns to encourage others to seek God for finishing their race. 

What Joan Ann is doing now: Evangelism in the highways and byways is Joan Ann's #1 priority, along with writing her books as she does some preaching and teaching of the Holy Spirit on holiness living and the awakening (revival) that brings life in the Glory Fire of God. As an itinerant prophetic ministry and a prophetic intercessory ministry, she helps others in their calls. Joan Ann via her website encourages others and gives them a "heads up" on issues that need praying to God, receiving the answer to that prayer, and then continually thanking Him and worshipping Him before the manifestation of it takes place (faith). A big desire of hers is to bring all the Church together to be in unity, as all the Church is to bring in the harvest as they in love and unity build on the end-time "Church-wall" - much as Nehemiah did with others helping to get the job done. Often Joan Ann counsels with others who e-mail her, all the way from leadership to all kinds of God's other beloved children.
